Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product has not been used or worn.
- The original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
- Certain items, such as customized or special-order products, are not eligible for exchange.
Process for Exchange

2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.

Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returning the product to us will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.
