XhenFashion Shipping Policy

At XhenFashion, we strive to deliver high-quality fashion products in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for both domestic (UAE) and international orders.

1. Shipping Within the UAE

  • Try Before You Pay: If you're located within the UAE, you can receive your order, try the product, and then make the payment upon delivery (Cash/Card on Delivery available).

  • Exchange Policy: Not satisfied with your purchase? You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

    • You will be responsible for delivery charges associated with the exchange.

  • Delivery Time: Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2-4 working days.

2. International Shipping (Outside the UAE)

  • Advance Payment Required: For all international orders, customers must pay the full product price and shipping charges in advance.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's regulations.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times may vary but typically range from 7–14 working days depending on location.

3. General Notes

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delivery Delays: While we work with reliable courier services, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs clearance) may occur and are beyond our control.
